| In order to inherit the management business centered on the chain development of nail salons that our predecessor Convano Co., Ltd. (hereinafter Convano Co., Ltd.) has performed, on July 10, 2013, CVN Co., Ltd. Established as CVN), the former Convano Co., Ltd. was absorbed and merged, and at the same time, the trade name was changed to Convano Co., Ltd. Formerly Convano Co., Ltd. was established in April 2007, and in July of the same year, it opened its first nail salon, Magick Shibuya Dogenzaka, in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, and has been expanding its business ever since. In November 2013, merged with Convano Education Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of former Convano Co., Ltd., and in February 2014, Fast Nail Co., Ltd. and Legary Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of former Convano Co., Ltd. In March 2015, we merged with Communications and established femedia Co., Ltd. [capital: 2.5 million yen], a consolidated subsidiary mainly for the purpose of advertising, in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. |

| We recognize that there is still a lot of room for opening stores, so we would like to aim for 100 stores in Japan first. |
Do you have any plans to expand overseas?
| We would like to consider opening a store overseas if we are blessed with an opportunity, but we have not decided on a specific time or region. |

Please tell me about inbound measures.
| Currently, each store has a simple manual that can handle multiple languages, and although there are differences depending on the regional characteristics, some stores are taking measures such as displaying a signboard in front of the store in a foreign language. |

| We recognize that disclosure of monthly performance trends is an important consideration, with reference to examples from other companies. On the other hand, as the first listed company specializing in nail art, we are looking for ways to accurately convey the situation of our company and the nail industry. |
Please tell me about the average unit price.
| Although it is affected by the region and seasonality, the average price is in the mid-4,000 yen range. |
Please tell me about seasonality.
| Our business performance is affected by fluctuations in demand due to seasonality. Demand affects not only the number of customers but also the unit price, and demand tends to increase before large vacations, during leisure seasons, events such as Christmas, and at the turn of the season. |
Is there any difference between the tenant building type and the commercial facility in terms of profitability?
| The tenant building type is a building that is easily accessible, such as near a station, and has stores on the aerial floor. Generally, the feature is that the rent can be suppressed because it is on the aerial floor. On the other hand, the commercial facility type is designed so that even those who are new to nails can easily enter by creating an open store. The feature of such highly exposed stores is that the cost of attracting customers can be suppressed. |

| According to the results of our own questionnaire survey, the main users are F2 class (35-49 years old). It accounts for about 45% of the total, followed by F1 class (20-34 years old) about 35%, 50 years old and over about 18%, and under 20 years old about 2%. |
How often do you go to a nail salon?
| We recommend replacing the gel nails within 2 to 3 weeks to keep your toes clean. About 70% of customers return to the store within about one month. |
What is the ratio of new to repeat?

When is the general meeting of shareholders held?
| The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders is held in late June every year. We will inform shareholders as of the end of March every year about the date and place of the event in early June. |
How can i use my voting rights at a general meeting of shareholders?
| We have sent a notice of convocation of the general meeting of shareholders and a voting right exercise form to the shareholders listed in the shareholder list at the end of the record date of the general meeting of shareholders (in the case of the ordinary general meeting of shareholders, as of the end of March). Using of voting rights (1) Please bring this exercise form and attend the general meeting. (2) You can do this by either displaying the approval or disapproval of this exercise form and returning it. |
