The past year has been a year of endurance in a difficult business environment, starting with a total self-restraint from business due to the issuance of a state of emergency, and peaking on a recovery trend due to the arrival of the second and third waves.
However, in anticipation of the end of the corona disaster that will surely come, we did not perform human restructuring and focused on protecting the employment of employees.
In addition, we will open five directly managed stores in excellent commercial facilities, start franchise development, which will be the foundation for future business expansion outside the city center, and release new product brands, which has been an issue for many years. We have made preparations for recovery without losing our aggressive stance.
Unfortunately, in the fourth quarter, the issuance of a state of emergency due to the spread of infection again forced us to step down due to the effects of shortened business hours, etc., but after the cancellation, the pace of increase in new customers has returned and the trend is recovering again. I am walking.
In the future, people’s consumption behavior will change drastically, and it will be an era in which only brands and companies that are really needed by the world can grow.
